We use two separate techniques to kill lice: the revolutionary AirAllé® device blows heated air through its applicator tip along the scalp and hair shafts at a higher flow (but cooler temperature) than a hair dryer AND the traditional comb out.
This is our most popular and effective lice treatment option. It is a 3 step process which includes a 30-minute AirAllé® treatment, a 30-60-minute comb-out to remove
the dead lice and eggs and an oil application. This 3-step full-service treatment option ensures you will leave lice free with no follow-up needed. With a success rate of over 99%, we are so confident you will leave lice free, we offer a 30-day service re-treatment policy* provided all family members have been checked for head lice in our clinic and treated as necessary.

The person receiving the treatment must have dry, untangled hair that can be easily combed and is free of hair products and scalp-treatment products.
During the course of a 30-minute treatment, the trained AirAllé clinician will gently place the device’s applicator tip under the hair and against the head, moving its position every 30 seconds until the entire head has been treated.
The purpose of the AirAllé device is to kill the lice and eggs through dehydration. Dead lice and dead eggs will remain in the hair after treatment. AirAllé clinicians will do a post-treatment comb-out with a professional lice comb (which usually takes 30 minutes) to remove the dead lice and eggs.
The clinician will then apply a post-treatment rinse using dimethicone oil to ensure the eradication of the lice.
PLEASE NOTE: The AirAllé device cannot be used to treat persons who cannot sense temperature or pain; who cannot communicate physical discomfort; who have open head wounds, sores, or visible signs of skin or scalp abnormalities; who have received radiation treatment of the head within the last 6 months; who have cranial or facial implants; children under the age of 4; or who have hair that cannot be combed through with a standard comb.
We do not recommend the AirAllé® treatment for children under four or for clients for whom the AirAllé® is contraindicated. In these cases, we recommend a strand by strand traditional comb-out to remove lice and eggs using only non-toxic products. This option requires the following: Purchase of an at-home comb-out kit, 30 minutes of combing every day for 10 days, an oil application day 5 and day 10, and an in clinic recheck on day 11. We do not offer our re-treatment policy for this service.
We first apply I Hate Lice™ Mousse to the hair, which is an all-natural enzyme-based solution that helps remove stubborn nits with ease.
The clinician will then comb out the lice and the nits, section by section, using a professional lice comb, making sure every hair is combed. This process may take up to two hours depending on hair thickness and length.
The clinicians will then apply a post-treatment rinse using dimethicone oil to ensure the eradication of the lice.
We highly recommend that additional oil be applied after 10 days.
